Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific

Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific

We are so excited to offer hair care! It has been a frequent request since we first opened our doors and we heard you! For the last 2 years (or so) we have tried & tested countless concoctions to find the best-of-the-best.  We couldn't be more pleased with our line-up.  We have Shampoo, cleansing conditioner, and argan hair shine. The Cleansing Conditioner is a new concept so we thought an explanation of what it is and why we love it might be helpful.

Why do we love the Cleansing Conditioner?

Your hair feels & smells fantastic. It is a super hydrating treatment.  While it doesn't leave a residue behind on your hair the scent you create stays all day.

It will save you a step in your routine most days.  Who can't use an extra couple of minutes saved? Since it is a cleansing conditioner, you can skip the shampoo most days.  The recommendation is to only use shampoo every 5 - 6 washings.

Unlike traditional shampoos, our Cleansing Conditioner contains no detergents. So is it a shampoo or is it a conditioner? Well, it is a conditioner at heart, with cleansing and hydrating capabilities. Unlike traditional shampoos, this option allows your hair to be cleansed thoroughly, without stripping away its natural oils. Cleansing conditioners offer gentle cleansing while providing extra nourishment and conditioning for your hair.

Why we think you will love it too!

Our Cleansing Conditioner deeply conditions and cleanses your hair without using surfactants or harsh chemicals. It is enhanced with Proteins, Amino Acids and Vitamins essential to repair, protect and strengthen hair while enhancing shine, volume, elasticity, and hydration.  Also, it is cruelty free, vegan, organic, paraben free, and sulfate free.

How do you use Cleansing Conditioner?

Just reach for our Cleansing Conditioner instead of the shampoo once in awhile. You may find that you use a bit more of the Cleansing Conditioner and that the lather is non existent compared to traditional shampoo. Just keep in mind that mounds of lather generated is not necessarily an indication of whether the product is working or not; in fact, many cleansing conditioners have no lather at all.

Our recommendation is to continue the use of a traditional, mild shampoo, perhaps every 5 - 6 washings. This will remove excess buildup from hair styling product and natural pollutants. On others days use the Cleansing Conditioner to mildly cleanse, re-hydrate and condition the hair. If you have extremely dry or overly dyed hair, this product won't leave your hair feeling dry or unmanageable.

Who should use it?

Everyone! men, women, and even the kiddos. Our Cleansing Conditioner is formulated to intensively condition hair of all types, but it is especially beneficial for women with thick or curly hair, as it helps to maintain a moisture balance.
